YARRA STATE FOREST TRAIL

 

 

DIRECTIONS:                       Drive along Warburton Hwy until you get to Wesburn (after Yarra Junction), turn right onto Old Warburton Rd. (Melway map 289 ref. B10), follow this to mount bride rd turn up this. Drive along this until you get to cemetry track, turn right up this (track is hard to find to try to prevent Motor bikes). The track starts at Melway ref. C11 map 290 when you go along cemetry trail you will hit a rock section the track starts at the beginning of the rock section on the right. It is lightly marked at the start but is obvious after 30 metres. Track crosses Mount Bride Rd. and finishes at the La La Falls car park (Melway ref. D7 map 290). Road access is good except for cemetry trail you con only get a 4wd all the way up due to a bog hole.

 

TRAIL DESCRIPTION:        Lots of big drops, and fast sections.
